Black Seedlings is currently accepting, at our discretion, e- and print-ARCs, and -books for review consideration from publicists, authors, agents, etc. Please contact me via the contact form. Please note the following:
- Preferred Genres: Fiction (Muslim and Non-Muslim) and NonFiction (Islamic, Non-Islamic) with a focus on parenting. I am extremely open to read essays and memoirs that center Blackness or Islam/Muslims, especially if the two are intertwined. Not interested in romance.
- If I do not like the book, I will provide an honest review of it but will not be mean or snarky while doing it.
- I will respond to every review request to let you know whether I am interested or not interested.
- I will post my review within a month of receiving the book. If the review needs to be completed outside of my normal review timelines, please let me know.
- A link to the review may appear on Goodreads or Instagram.
- I use a one-to-five star rating scale.
